The GCX Marathon created by Rare Drop is a long standing fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research. Each year streamers from across Twitch and Youtube make a concerted effort to host a week’s long marathon to raise millions of dollars for the fight against cancer. I worked as a part of the production team for the 2023 marathon managing the live broadcast needs and working with creators to ensure a smooth experience.
